We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without parental involvement.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule your free introductory session or paid consultation
• Prepare for and conduct Vastu, numerology, energy healing, or tarot consultations
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communication by phone, email, or WhatsApp

We do not use the personal or situational details you share in a consultation for any purpose beyond delivering that consultation, unless you separately agree (for example, to a testimonial).

We offer a WhatsApp click-to-chat option for enquiries and may use WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business Platform) to communicate with you about your consultation, including appointment updates and, where you have opted in, occasional service updates or offers.

• Messages sent through WhatsApp’s Business Platform are processed by Meta / WhatsApp acting on our behalf (and, where applicable, by a Business Solution Provider we work with) to deliver the service.
• We only send you marketing or promotional messages on WhatsApp if you have opted in to receive them. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or by emailing us at info@kaivalyaguru.com.
