Every point reflects where thoughts, beliefs, and experiences in the linked area may be stored.

A minimum of 10 sessions is recommended for a notable and lasting difference. It depends on what you’re looking to address and how your body responds. Sessions can be spaced as needed, based on your comfort and experience.

Access Bars is considered a gentle, non-invasive, and generally safe complementary therapy for most individuals.. However, it is not a medical treatment. If you have medical conditions, it’s best to consult your doctor before starting and inform your practitioner so the session can be adapted to your comfort.

Keep it simple. Drink water, rest if needed, and avoid overloading your schedule right after. Notice how you feel without trying to analyse it. Gentle movement or time outdoors can help. Most importantly, give your body a little space over the next day or two to let the changes settle naturally.
